Mario founded The PSS Group in 1981 and is one of the pioneers of Executive Search in India. He provides the strategic vision for Lobo Staffing Solutions. With extensive experience in developing and managing strategic relationships, he has assisted leading Indian businesses with critical strategic inputs during restructuring, salary benchmarking and in different organisational development initiatives. Mario takes a lot of interest in analyzing new organisation structures and proposing change management across several industry sectors; his work and contributions have been featured in major national publications. He is on the Governing Council for the Loyola Institute in Chennai as well as on the Executive Committees for Xavier Institute, Jamshedpur and St. Joseph’s Centre of Excellence.

Mario holds a degree in Arts from the University College of Arts in Jaipur. He is also an MBA from the Xavier Institute, Jamshedpur (“XLRI”) and was presented with the “Distinguished Alumnus Award” by XLRI in 2014 for his contributions to the Human Resource industry in India.

Nigel leads the Business Development, Technology and Strategic initiatives of Lobo Staffing.Nigel has previously worked as investment banker at J.P. Morgan in New York City, working on M&A and Capital Markets transactions for large North American Metals and Mining companies. Nigel is also the Founder and CEO of Quikchex, a sister company of Lobo Staffing, which is a leading HR Technology and Payroll Services company, that works with hundreds of businesses across India. Nigel is an alumnus of the Wharton School of Business, University of Pennsylvania, with both an MBA (Honors) and Bachelors (Magna Cum Laude).

Andre is currently serves as a Director for Lobo Staffing Solutions. In addition, he drives business development and client engagement activities for PSS’s India business (sister concern of Lobo Staffing Solutions). He is also responsible for the growth of PSS’s Singapore operations by extending our brand and services to clients across Asia. His areas of expertise lies in the healthcare, consumer and financial services sectors.

Andre has worked in the corporate finance function with organizations like the Aditya Birla Group and Standard Chartered Bank. He has a Bachelor of Science, degree in Economics from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor and an MBA in General Management from IESE Business School, Barcelona. He is also an alumnus of London Business School.

Erika is currently a Director of Lobo Staffing Solutions. In addition,she manages and leads various functional areas within PSS and Ray & Berndtson (both sister companies of LSS). Erika started her career as an Investment Banker for Goldman Sachs in New York and London where she worked on executing M&A and capital markets transactions across geographies. She graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor’s degree (Finance, Operations and Information Management) from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
